2000TE stands by their products and services 110%. Customers can obtain refunds within 30 days of project acceptance date, if there are not Satisfactory. However, all cost that occurs through our outside supplier must be covered by the customers. 2000TE retain 15% time, labor or restocking of all actual project cost or services that requires refunds. All products and service is nonrefundable after 45 days.

*Duplication Services:
50% deposit is required on all duplication services and 100%must be paid before final production begins. There are no refunds after finial production.

Confidentially Agreement:
For all development and services we provide a confidentially agreement customize for each client.
